Part of the QSR Mobile Ordering Study developed with The Coca-Cola Company and Nation’s Restaurant News, the report highlights brands that deliver a seamless and efficient in-app experience. Firehouse Subs stood out for features such as mobile wallet payments, saved user information, and clear order tracking during checkout.

The study evaluates digital order-ahead performance across 40 leading restaurant brands and provides insights to help operators improve efficiency, manage labor and food costs, and enhance the overall guest experience. Findings are based on consumer surveys and mystery shopper evaluations focused on the features that matter most to users.

Key drivers of repeat digital ordering include convenience, full menu customization, and access to relevant offers and promotions.
